We are looking for an Intellectual Property Counsel to join Roblox’s Legal and Advocacy team. In this role, you will advise and collaborate with various teams within the business on a broad array of legal matters related to intellectual property, including IP enforcement and protection, intermediary liability and copyright, and trade secrets. Successful candidates will have strong experience advising on current legal frameworks and risks in the intellectual property space, including infringement assessment, IP disputes, platform liability, global copyright frameworks, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technology issues.
