POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of surveillance equipment, with infrequent assistance; possesses extensive knowledge of both mechanical and electronic aspects of surveillance equipment repair; provides training or assistance to lesser experienced technicians.
