About the role Crunchyroll is looking for a Director, Membership & Operational Planning to turn our Membership strategy and growth targets into a clear, executable plan. Reporting to the VP, Membership Performance, you will own the bottom-up plan across the Membership business — connecting business performance, growth initiatives, investments, timing, dependencies, and expected impact. You’ll work across Strategy, Growth, Marketing, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, Data & Insights, Lines of Business, and Regional teams to make sure priorities are aligned and plans translate into action. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong commercial and analytical thinking with the ability to bring structure to complex work, make trade-offs…
