ABOUT THE ROLE As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will serve as the hands-on guardian of physical inventory accuracy across our warehouse operations. Working directly on the floor, you will execute daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records, and drive root-cause corrective actions that prevent recurrence. This is a high-ownership, detail-driven role. You will not just count inventory—you will research transaction histories, trace process failures to their source, and prepare documented adjustment requests.
