**This is a Full Time position at 40hrs per week located on the Lake Forest hospital campus. Schedule is Monday through Friday with start times between 7:30am-8:30am and end times between 4:30pm-5:30pm.** The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments.
