HR Specialist-Global Onboarding Hybrid Work Schedule in Wilmington, Delaware (three days in office per week) Monday to Friday 8-5 Eastern Time This is a temporary role for approximately six months and may be extended. Summary: As an HR Specialist with the Global Onboarding team, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new employees across the Americas region and ensuring a seamless, compliant, and positive onboarding experience. The Global Onboarding team sits within our People & Culture department and partners closely with Talent Acquisition and other internal teams throughout the employee onboarding process.
