In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Perform and train on all Buffer Prep Operator I responsibilities while demonstrating increased independence, consistency, and ownership in daily operations. (50%) Support advanced Buffer Prep processes, including column packing, resin preparation, and ABEC tank operations. Complete cycle counts and own continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, ergonomic improvements, and other process improvement projects. The essential requirements of the job include: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic. 2 years manufacturing experience Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Lifting and moving material and equipment of 50 lbs.…
