Position Overview BBVA is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its US Private Placement team. The successful candidate will play a central role in originating, structuring and executing USPP transactions for corporate and project finance clients, working across industries and global jurisdictions. The position requires strong technical credit skills, disciplined transaction management and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with relationship bankers, capital markets professionals, legal counsel, operations teams, investors and clients.
