Integrated Production Unit Manager __ The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing daily manufacturing operations for Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and related electrical distribution products. This position ensures the safe, quality-focused, and efficient execution of production schedules while meeting customer delivery commitments. The supervisor provides leadership to production employees, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The work model for the role is: Onsite in Mebane, NC Key Responsibilities: · Prepares annual production budget, oversees progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources.…
