Effectively sets up production lines across all three value streams and provides assistance to peers with troubleshooting and set ups. This individual will also have the skills and knowledge to cross over and assist/backup the maintenance team with troubleshooting and performing maintenance related tasks. Responsibilities List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope. Effectively setup production lines across all three value streams. Monitor and maintain above target OEE performance across the production floor. Assists peers with troubleshooting and provides a deeper understanding of the root cause. Works with cross functional groups to resolve reoccurring issues to improve and sustain overall performance on a production line.…
