This role follows a hybrid work schedule and reports to Director, Hardware Systems. You will: Define and execute Waymo’s global strategy for systems integration, diagnostics, vehicle commissioning, and field engineering across multiple vehicle platforms. Lead, scale, and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering organization encompassing Systems Integration, Diagnostics, Scaled Commissioning, and Field Engineering. Own end-to-end systems integration and bring-up of new Waymo Driver hardware and OEM vehicle platforms - spanning compute, sensor pipelines, vehicle networks, and system-level HIL testbeds, from early bench prototypes through autonomous fleet readiness.…
