About this job
Direct the team in your assigned work area on safety, quality and attainment issues. Assists in the development and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions and standards. Understands Magna Mirrors Holland’s quality policy and assures compliance with ISO/IATF systems. Follow all safety rules including but not limited to: wearing cut resistant gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses, ID Badge as needed and enforce discipline through corrective action recommendations to the Supervisor, after counseling the employee Print 1st articles, scrap sheets, and get hourly counts. Plan and organize work sequence in such a manner to ensure smooth flow through the department and the meeting of schedules.…
