As a Discipline Design Leader, you will be responsible for: Budget: Responsible for Ford Project Budget execution: Execute the budget within the assigned project, ensuring alignment with the overall project budget and Discipline budget guidelines provided by the Engineering Manager of the entity. Support Operations: Responsible for Project Discipline QCD Management: Lead the team responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the discipline within the assigned project, adhering to standardized methodologies, project dashboard and KPIs defined by the Group/Division and followed by the Engineering Manager and Discipline Team Leader. Responsible for Technical Review execution and corrective action plan within the project.…
