As the first point of contact, your impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail will create a memorable and positive experience, ensuring our guests feel valued from check-in to check-out. Prepare guest documentation including itineraries, welcome letters, and waivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out processes Answer and direct phone calls according to company protocols Document guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departments Guide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation when needed Address guest complaints promptly and professionally Process billing accurately following Front Desk procedures…
