ROLE OVERVIEW Benchling is launching a new AI offering called “Decision Support”. You'll be the first hire dedicated to bringing it to market. You’ll have direct ownership of outbound sales pitch and demo,and will influence the GTM motion end to end. You’ll focus on decision support initially, and the role may expand into other AI GTM areas. What success looks like in the first 6 months - Running outbound and demos independently. - A AI GTM playbook (workshop format, pilot structure, or similar) that's being run across many customers. RESPONSIBILITIES - Run outbound to customer directors and VPs for new AI offerings. - Deliver initial product demos to prospects and lead workshops. - Iterate on messaging and build sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks) as we learn what lands.…
