RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute launch events, special events, internal events, and customer experiences from start to finish, including sourcing and managing event vendors such as venue, transportation, catering, A/V, and entertainment. Negotiate and execute conference sponsorship activations and special events, working cross-functionally with internal teams. Develop and manage event agendas, registration landing pages, invite lists, and communicate directly with high-level executive customers.…
