Our SMB Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) team is seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to drive impact across our SMB sales team. This role holds a global remit with a crucial and deep focus on scaling our SMB business. The SMB business works through self-serve initiatives and third party vendors to support our advertisers in driving business outcomes through advertising on the Reddit Platform. You will be pivotal in driving sales rigor, providing business insights, and propelling the sales strategy and operational effectiveness across our SMB Sales team.
