Reporting into the Network Infrastructure People team, the Manufacturing People Partner will be responsible for the creation, supervision implementation and administration of HR programs. They will provide management and employees with a full range of human resources services across all functional areas including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, employment policies and practices, performance management, learning and development, and employment law issues. Be the main point of contact for the AZ manufacturing group and provide strategic, operational and administrative support as needed. Analyze data, surface issues, and trends related to client groups. Lead pre- and post-acquisition activities at the site.…
