The New Hire Experience Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end onboarding and integration experience for new employees. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Technology, Licensing & Registrations, Compliance, HR teams, and other business stakeholders to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from offer acceptance through their first several months with the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
