Corporate Banker - Global Capital Management - Vice President

About this job

Provide leadership and active participation in global projects for Capital Management (e.g. Banking Balance Sheet Forum, Red Zone, LPM Product, RWA/GAAP monitoring) Partner with Banking partners to execute episodic transactions and drive client planning by delivering product-agnostic solutions, client access, and effective capital allocation Approve / coordinate capital approval Report periodically on capital and returns metrics to regional senior management Navigate strong working relationships with internal and external partners Partner with Risk to ensure strong first line of defense Assist with day to day cash management activities, trading initiatives, vendor finance, foreign exchange, loan activity, debt capital markets efforts, share repurchase and interest rate/equity derivatives…
