Job Summary The Materials Coordinator is responsible for ensuring materials, schedules, and resources are aligned to support on-time manufacturing execution. This role serves as the liaison between Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Quality to proactively manage material readiness, project timelines, and production priorities. Job Duties: Review production schedules and ensure materials are available prior to job start dates. Track procurement, inventory, fabrication, and material delivery status for assigned projects. Coordinate material staging, kitting, and delivery to production areas. Generate and manage pick lists through ERP systems. Work with Purchasing to expedite critical materials and resolve shortages.…
