Oura's NPI Supply Chain Operations team is responsible for taking new hardware programs from early builds through mass production, on schedule, at quality, and within budget. We're looking for an Operations Program Specialist (OPS) who can own the financial backbone of our NPI programs while also staying close enough to the factory floor to understand what's driving the numbers. The majority of your time will be spent managing and reconciling NPI program budgets across multiple hardware programs and contract manufacturers — tracking build spend, closing gaps between forecast and actuals, and giving leadership a clear, trustworthy picture of where the money is going.…
