The Hardware Production Supervisor is responsible for the manufacturing assembly process of our Immunoassay diagnostic instrument. Accountable for driving short, intermediate, and long-term business objectives. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive business results, DBS culture, and execute on strategic plans to achieve long-term objectives. This position reports to the Manager of Production Operations and is part of the Hardware Operations Leadership Team located in Chaska, MN, and will be an on-site role.
