The Sr. People Partner will be a strategic partner across our Lodi California site that owns and delivers the local associate experience – shaping and delivering strategies for engagement, culture, talent, employee relations and employer brand. The role anticipates and mitigates people risk, ensures compliant governance, and influences leaders to deliver an inclusive and positive associate culture while enabling people leaders to lead with confidence and clarity. The Sr. People Partner works closely with HRBP, COEs, and HR Shared Services to deliver scalable, compliant execution while maintaining ownership of the people agenda. They model modern HR ways of working, using self-service and case management tools as the primary entry point for HR support.…
