Position Summary: The Supervisor Group Lead, Sample Management is responsible for leading daily departmental operations and supervising Sample Management personnel to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant handling of samples throughout the laboratory workflow. This role provides direct leadership for employee performance, development, scheduling, training, and operational execution while serving as a key liaison between Sample Management, Project Management, and laboratory operations.
