This is a hybrid full-time role based in our Financial District - Clay San Francisco office. A typical full-time (40 hour) weekly schedule consists of 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours for a remote non-patient facing day. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for this role. Employment type: Full time What you'll be working on: Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical…
