You will help shape how we listen to employees and turn feedback into meaningful action. In this role, you will collaborate with partners across Human Resources and the broader organization to deliver high-quality surveys and listening programs. Your work will support our Employee Opinion Survey and other life-cycle surveys, helping leaders understand culture, management practices, and employee experience. As a Senior Associate, Employee Voice within the HR CDAO organization, you will be responsible for supporting the firmwide employee listening strategy as a survey subject matter expert (SME).
