Make Your Mark at Prysmian Group - Join Us Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Prysmian is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on an assigned shift in our Marshall, TX facility. This role is responsible for leading hourly production employees, driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance while developing a high-performing team culture. This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives. This position leads a team of approximately 27 employees on our 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).…
