NBCUniversal is looking for a Facility Coordinator! In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Engineering team with efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the building systems, mechanical equipment, FF&E grounds and infrastructure. This includes responding to service calls, escorting vendors on site, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the facility operates efficiently, remains safe and is compliant with all regulations. What You'll Do: Managing lighting inventory, including changing light bulbs and ballast replacement Perform general plumbing repairs and maintenance, including clearing floor and roof drains, gutters, fixtures, and toilets Support Engineers as needed with filter replacement, coil cleaning and condensate line clearing Minor door and lock…
