About the Role The People Operations Program Specialist is a hands-on, on-site role based in Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Twp) or St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield), focused on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for every new Blinker who walks through our doors. This individual will support our candidate onboarding program — managing the details leading up to Day 1 and on Day 1 so that the process is organized and feels effortless. The role will focus on managing background check completions, collecting candidate information to completing I-9 verifications and answering benefits questions on the spot, this person keeps every piece of the new hire process moving.
