The Senior Instructional Design Specialist assists the Company in developing and evaluating training programs designed for field management and associates and corporate associates and leadership as needed. This position partners with Field Operations to determine training needs, design new programs, and update existing training programs to successfully fulfill training requirements, in accordance with National Vision philosophy, strategic focus, and established guidelines. What Would You Do? The Specifics. Design Processes—Leads the end-to-end Instructional design process to create training deliverables for all National Vision divisions for a variety of learning styles and delivery methods, to include but not be limited to print, video, computer-based platforms, and live broadcast.…
