About the role We are hiring for a Senior Associate on Chime’s Compliance Assurance & Testing team. You will work in a fast paced environment and play an essential role in ensuring Chime remains compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and bank partner expectations. In this role you will perform strategic end-to-end compliance testing of Chime’s innovative products and services to identify risks and control gaps. This will involve partnership with internal teams, as well as collaboration with our issuing bank partner’s legal and compliance teams.
