Our Nashville depot is the first proof point in a multi-market expansion, and we're building the team to sustain and scale it. Reporting to the Operations Manager, AV Deployment, Flexdrive is seeking an exceptional Repair Operations Lead to help run the day-to-day service operations supporting our AV fleet. You'll work alongside a second Repair Operations Lead as a partnered pair, sharing coverage and accountability for the floor. This is a people-first leadership role. You will lead and mentor our repair coordinators, hold both the coordinator team and our on-site technicians (a 3rd party partner) accountable to quality and turnaround expectations, and keep the partnership running smoothly so the fleet stays available.…
