The Service Parts Planner is responsible for coordinating the planning, movement, system processing, and delivery of service parts to support customer requirements. This position manages service-part activities from material coordination through shipment, ensuring accurate SAP transactions, transportation coordination, documentation, and timely communication with the Customer's Materials team. The Service Parts Planner works independently across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, Transportation, and Planning functions to ensure service-part requirements are executed accurately and on time. The position is also responsible for maintaining documentation and KPI tracking related to Stock Transport Order (STO) execution and service-parts performance.…
