Manufacture AC motor stators by performing winding, coil wrapping, insulating, inserting, connecting, lashing, brazing, and electrical testing according to engineering specifications and customer requirements. Operate and set up production equipment including winding and insertion machines, while following established work instructions and production standards. Perform quality and technical checks by reading blueprints, work orders, and routing documents, using measuring tools and gauges, and applying basic math skills to ensure accuracy. Maintain a safe and productive work environment by using required PPE, safely operating tools and lifting equipment, and performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods in a factory setting.…
