Position Summary The Chemist I performs testing activities directed by Department Manager/Supervisor in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory guidelines to ensure that quoted turnaround times are met in support of monograph testing, unknown/failure analysis and other areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform testing activities as directed by Department Supervisor in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory guidelines. Monitor backlog and plan testing schedule to ensure quoted turnaround times are met. Wet chemistry techniques utilized will include gravimetry, titrimetry, colorimetry and others as needed. Instrumentation utilized may include HPLC, GC, ICP, ICP-MS, IC, and others as needed. Maintain neat and accurate records.…
