This role directly supervises Facilities Coordinators, manages regional service delivery, leads qualifying non-capital facilities projects, and serves as the primary Facilities partner to site and business leadership. This is a hands-on people-leadership role. The successful candidate will move comfortably between coaching employees, resolving urgent facility issues, coordinating vendors, managing budgets and commitments, leading workplace improvements, communicating with employees, and using operating data to improve performance.
