JOB SUMMARY As our Principal People Analytics Specialist, you’ll build and lead our People Analytics function - turning workforce data (attrition, cost of workforce, organizational health, and beyond) into signals that shape how Apptronik makes talent and business decisions. You’ll set the analytics strategy, own the data governance foundation it runs on, and act as the go-to analytics advisor for senior and executive leadership. This is a builder role; you’ll define how the function operates today and where it scales next.
