About this job
We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist. In summary, you’ll work closely with the Information Technology team as a whole, help expand our HQ presence by providing IT support on-site and using remote tools as necessary amongst different buildings within HQ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong professionalism in delivering excellent customer service, using sound judgment for timely problem resolution. They should understand office culture, maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, and possess 1+ years of IT Support experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities: Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner through common customer request methods (Ticketing Systems, Chat Software, Email, etc).…
