About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support internal teams and external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. This position is responsible for managing many smaller projects and change requests at all project stage such as planning, design, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities Staff projects appropriately to support successful delivery. Maintain project tracking systems accurately and keep clients informed of progress. Deliver projects on time and within budget. Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools. Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
