About this role We’re looking for a Strategy & Analytics Senior Director to lead our Discovery pillar. Our Discovery pillar focuses on the core shopping experience — helping retailers find the right products and brands through search, recommendations, ads, and exploration while balancing marketplace dynamics. As the Discovery S&A Pillar lead, you’ll level up the Discovery pillar through analytics, both strategically and operationally. You will inform the pillar's most important decisions as a strategic thought partner, operationalize analytics through thoughtful systems, and take extreme ownership of key company-wide datasets and metrics.
