The Underwriter will, under direction of assigned manager and in accordance with established procedures: underwrite and maintain/service profitable new and renewal business exercising self-supported judgment based on comprehensive knowledge of policy form terms and conditions and coverage intent; increase our market share, our visibility, and solidify our position as a leader in the marketplace by participating in marketing activities; be dedicated to maximizing the efficiency of the group, maintaining morale, and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
