The ideal candidates will possess: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Strong English communication skills with guests, team members, and management, both in person and over the phone, including professional phone etiquette. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Previous customer service and/or hotel front desk experience is a plus.
