GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Operates Motor Grader, which is used to grade excavation and embankment and to lay asphalt, base and other materials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May blade haul roads and do other general motor grader work, but does not perform finish grade work to close specification tolerances. This operator may be a learner in the first phase of learning the skills of motor grader work. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed. Whatever enhances the operations of the company. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.…
