What You’ll Do Welcome clients and patients and create a warm, positive veterinary experience from the moment they arrive. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Answer phones, emails, and client questions while directing concerns to the appropriate veterinary team member. Triage client concerns and help ensure they reach the right person for assistance. Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting smooth daily hospital flow. Check clients in and out and accurately process payments. Communicate veterinary information clearly and professionally while knowing when to involve the medical team. Provide compassionate and discreet emotional support to clients during difficult or sensitive veterinary situations.…
