About the Role We are looking for a Senior Learning Architect to join our Curriculum team. Learning Architecture is the translation layer between clinical design and the actual learner experience. Our Clinical Programming team defines what goes into a session and why, writing the clinical rationale in Program Design Documents and High-Level Designs (HLDs) - your job is to take that HLD and turn it into a real learning experience: slides, workbooks, talk tracks, extension activities, and eventually video and e-learning content - all structured for engagement, scaffolded for skill acquisition, and designed for the developmental needs of the population in front of you.
