Sika is looking for a Director, Testing & Approvals to join it's growing team in the Canton, MA area for the Roofing business. Responsible for overall testing and approvals strategy and execution of programs to support the use of new and existing products and systems. By balancing needs versus wants against resource allocation and likelyhood of success, the Director, Testing and Approvals is instrumental in supporting the strategy and long-term success of the Roofing Division. Lead, manage and execute the overall testing strategy for PVC, Modbit, LAM and Hot Asphalt roofing systems. Manage relationships with third-party agencies (FM, UL, NEMO, Miami-Dade, etc.) to ensure market position, accessibility and opportune scheduling.…
