As a Member of Custody Operations, Digital Assets, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations that the company processes in support of clients' daily activities. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring an excellent operational experience by reviewing client transactions and instructions in a timely manner, providing attentive care to our clients, and managing their transactions in a risk-conscious way. You will become intimately familiar with the operations of our clients and their use of our platform, anticipate their needs, and serve as an advocate for them internally in partnership with Client Experience teams. You will have a full understanding of the custody operations of the firm, as well as the regulatory and operational considerations at each step.…
