What You'll Do As a Network Engagement Partner, you will maintain external Provider and Network relationships (PCP's, Nephrologists, Hospitals, etc.) in markets where Strive is contracted to deliver services. In this role, the Network Engagement Partner will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with provider groups as Strive launches new markets. This highly critical role ensures that our highly vulnerable chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients have the highest level of quality and continuity of care.
