Oura is looking for a senior-level UX Researcher to help improve the experience of discovering, evaluating, purchasing, and managing Oura products and Membership online. This role will initially focus on the global DTC eCommerce experience, with opportunities to support Membership and Commercial/B2B experiences as the work expands. What You Will Do: Spearhead holistic user research initiatives spanning digital commerce and enterprise portals, directing efforts from initial scope formulation to strategic actionable guidance.
